The Eighth album from Sound Intent consists of eighteen tracks, which explore the fragilities of the human psyche in relationships and how it can influence thought, behaviour, and personality.

Binocular Mind, returns to the Electronic Dance, Rock/Pop, EDM styles presented on Elevated Serenity, only darker.

Inspired by artsist such as Etherwood, Orbital, Zara Larsson, Wilkinson, XTC, Gary Numan, John Foxx, Nik Kershaw, and Bill Nelson. These tracks have taken the usual mixture of cinematic, light and dark moods to explore the the influence of emotions of the human psyche on relationships.

The songs have been approached in a new compositional way, using AI as a collaborator, just as an artist would if using another human. Don't confuse this with 'let's make a song in the style of' AI. This method has used AI to generate inspirational starting points for lyrical content, which is then adapted and changed by the human element to better suit the musical composition.

A longtime advocator for the use, and implementation of technology to enhance music creation and live performance for the solo artist. Jools feels it is important to explore this exciting new technological development, whilst remaining mindful that it will not replace or remove his songwriting attachment and human emotionn from any of the compositions.

Humans are naturally repetitive, it's called creative style. However, it is good to have the occasional change of direction, moving away from our comfort zone to explore creativity from a different angle whilst still retaining emotional and creative sincerety.
